The Month of February and March

On February 24, Mike and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. I cant believe it has been that long. It seems so short but also so long. I love him so much. He IS the man of my dreams and my prince charming. He is a wonderful husband and an awesome daddy.
Sometime in february, we went to a horse ranch that boards Amber's mom's horse. We went with Amber and Laila and Rachel and Kaylee. This s a picture of Jeremy being sweet with Laila Kaylee. I just love this picture and how the girls are touching are so interested in Jeremy.
Here is a picture of us feeding Amber's mom's horse. Jeremy enjoyed feeding all of the horses.
Presidents Day weekend Jessica came home and we went to the Santa Monica Pier. I just love that we can go to the beach basically all year. It is one of my favorite places. The smell, the breeze, the sound, just everything about it!

We also went bowling! Jeremy couldn't bowl because our alley has the rule where the kids have to be 4 years old. We had fun anyway. We did absolutely NOTHING in March. No real excitement happened.......However April was exciting.....so until the next post.

The Month of January

January was a fun month. We went to the "monster jam" truck show. Jeremy LOVED it. We had so much fun. IT was at the Anaheim Angels Stadium. I didn't do such a good job at taking this picture.
This is a picture of the "gave gigger" (grave digger) on his freestyle run. Oh my gosh this was so fun. The jumps the doughnuts, the noise, and how crazy these trucks go. Again, Jeremy loved seeing all the monster trucks.
Here is Jeremy so happy with all the "monster cucks" He had so much fun. He didn't even care about the loud noise. We would try to cover his ears, but he didn't want us too.

Not to mention it SNOWED, here in Santa Clarita. It was fun to see it fall. It didn't snow all that much, but for us born and raised southern Californians.......the 1/2 inch of snow was fun. Also, we started to potty train Jeremy. He was quite easy to train. He loves peeing standing up. We did have an issue with pooping, but now he is a big boy with a rare accident. Jeremy you are such a big boy and mommy and daddy are so proud of you.

The Month of December

We had a very good Christmas. Jeremy had so much fun with the decorations and all of the "flashlights" on all of the houses. He kind of understood santa and bringing presents. The month os December was a good one, because Mike got a teaching job. For those who didn't know, he was out of a job since august. But on December 13, Mike started working for Northridge hospital as a PE teacher. The hospital is funding a grant that provides PE programs to elementary schools.
My dad, "papa dude" got Jeremy his own motorcycle. He loves it soo much. Thanks Papa Dude
Santa brought Jeremy a tool bench that he loves. Santa also brought him is own "e-tar" (guitar). Thats the one thing he asked for. He got so much for Christmas this year. It turned out to be a good Christmas!
We also did a ginger bread house.......Jeremy loved eating the candy.

And here is a picture with Santa at our ward christmas party. He did not want to sit on his lap, so we all stood behind him. All in all, it was a good month.

The Month of November

In the month of November, we jumped in leaves lots, because our lovely tree in front dumps leaves by the hundreds. After raking up leaves a few times, we decided to wait until they were all of the tree. Jeremy LOVED jumping in the leaves and helping us rake. He would run and fall into the piles. Sure it took a little longer to do the job, but we had fun.
More leaf jumping.........
Since, my house has the big playroom, and can fit lots of people, we had Thanksgiving at our house. This is a picture of the table setting. One thing i regret, is not taking a picture of the group of people we had. We were all able to fit in the same room. The list of our company includes the following: Mikes parents, Mikes brothers family, Mikes sisters family, Mikes Aunt and Uncle, Mikes Grandparents, My Parents, my sister, my brother, My grandma and my Aunt Luana. We had Had a total of 19 adults and 6 kids. We had lots of fun sharing in thanksgiving.

And once again, more leaf jumping

The month of October

Jeremy's latest favorite thing to do: put on daddy's football "hemet" He loves football! He talks about football games all day everyday. We ask him if he wants to play when he is older and he says "yes" He one day, will be a football star.
For Halloween, we went to a Halloween party at Jeremy's Nana's school dressed as a cowboy. He had lots of fun watching "monster house" and playing with nana, papa and Mrs. Hircsh.
During October, we went to Lambardi's Ranch a few times. We rode the train ride, pet the animals in the petting zoo, went through the corn maze, picked out a "Peacan" (pumpkin) and palyed on al the big pumpkins the had there. Jeremy had soo much fun!

This was Jeremy's official costume. He was a "pi-at" He was the cutest pirate if I have ever seen one! We even put fake tattoos on his arm. One said mom and the other was a skull and cross bone. Jeremy had lots of fun at our ward Halloween party playing games and "tuck or teet" (trunk or treating" We also went trick or treating with his friend Penny and Joshua and had lots of fun getting all his "nandy" Until next time.........

More of Jeremy's vocab

Last week when I posted I forgot to post a lot of his cute words. I couldn't think of them at that time....so here it goes!

mon mong-Grandma (my mom)
seeka-Jessica (my sister)
du-id-dude (my dad)He goes by Grandpa Dude
buser-buster (my moms dog)
nordan/jodan-Jordan (my adoptive little brother)
fooball-football
hold ju-hold you. he says this when he wants to be held
yaya-Liala (my friends Amber's daughter)
Caye-cali (my friend Amy's daughter)
mink-pink
geen-green
boo-blue
yayo-yellow
back-black
gay-gray
oange-orange

Jeremy is talking so much now. As you can see, he has a very hard time with the letter "L" Almost all of his "L's" are "y's." He loves saying his prayers at night (most nights) He loves to copy the last word of each sentence. He loves to copy what we are saying....time to be careful! He is just growing up into an amazing little boy. We spend our days reading, which is now one of his favorite things to do. His favorite books are "Goodnight Moon" "Piggies" "King Bidgood in the bathtub" "Mom Says I Can" "Just Like Daddy" and "Pingo" He would love it if we read all of these books over and over all day.
We just got him a Black and Decker Tool set for being a good sleeper. We have had some problems with him going to bed....so what did we do? We bribed him with a sticker chart and a new toy. He now goes to bed with no problem. All we have to do his put him in his toddler bed, and give him a kiss and come back once more for another kiss! So we play with his tools all day to! Some of his other favorite activities are playing with the kitchen, blocks, cars, little people, and running with his football. He runs with his football and falls down (as if he were tackled) He will do this for an hour straight! Its quite humorous to watch!
All I can say is that he is turning into quite the little boy and not so much toddler! He is growing up WAY too fast!
